Thank you for choosing our services. Please review our fees and policies carefully, as placing an order indicates your acceptance of the charges that will appear on your bill. If an order is placed on Saturday for Sunday or Monday, please be aware that no revisions will be permitted. It is crucial that your menu is finalized upon submission, as our preferred vendors are closed on the weekend, and we strive to maintain our quality standards. In the case of a cancellation after food has been ordered for delivery on Saturday for Sunday and or Monday, you will be responsible for the costs of the food, along with an additional concierge fee. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide top-notch service to all our clients.


Cancellations / Refunds are not issued for the following items once they are picked up: alcohol, restaurant foods, cakes, floral arrangements, truffles and chocolates, newspapers, magazines and all specialty items.

Fees and Policies...

Concierge and Pick Up fees are assessed for our time and resources to order and pick up and repackage items — especially restaurant food — into proper containers for the aircraft. From $50-$500 for fees

  • Delivery Fees - Are calculated by miles and time. From $65-$500 for delivery fees

  • A 20% Service fee will be added to each order.

  • Alcohol purchased and picked up on a client’s behalf may not be cancelled as state law does not permit returns.

  • Cancellations of non-perishable items we can return to a store – all service fees, less the original pick up fee and an amount equal to the pick up fee for the return trip.

Restaurant pick ups and special item requests will incur pickup and service charge fees as outlined below.

  • $150 pick up fee pick up fee + a 50% service charge based on the value of the order we procure and pay for.

  • $250 pick up fee for orders we pick up that were ordered and paid for directly by the client.

  • Alcohol purchased and picked up on a client’s behalf may not be cancelled as state law does not permit returns.

  • There are no refunds for food we pick up at the restaurant of your choice.

Rush Orders

We will do our best to accommodate rush orders and any order with two hours or less notice is considered a rush order and may not be cancelled.

We do not stock any fresh meats, cheese or produce. We shop for everything once we receive your order. We can rush an order out, with additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Food prepared in our kitchen may be cancelled with adequate notice. Cold food requires a bit less time to prepare and properly chill than food we must cook, portion, chill and package. Hence we have a strict policy for cancellation as outlined below.

  • ALL AIRPORTS

    • Cold food orders may cancel up to 14 hours prior to delivery.

    • Meals that require cooking and chilling require more time and  cancel up to 16 hours prior to delivery, unless special items were shopped or special recipes were ordered for preparation.

  • For any order, once it has left our facility and is en-route to the FBO, cancellation is not possible within these time windows.

Additional Fees:

MULTIPLE STOPS -  If your request includes multiple stops, each stop will be billed at $45

REPACKAGING FEES - On occasion you may request that we repackage your restaurant request in the appropriate aircraft packaging. We will repackage your order in either microwave or oven containers that fit your aircraft ovens and repackage all sauces and garnishes to ensure they are able to be stowed. Additional charges may apply and will be determined according to order size.
