Chef Alvarez's 10 course bourbon dinner will be an experience you'll tell your friends about. Chef will expertly pair his personally selected Bourbons with the best obtainable ingredients.

 

You will receive your own personally engraved Glencairn Whiskey glass to use and take home.

Fresh Cigars -The cigar rollers will start from "scratch" Not just applying the outside wrapper leaf like our competition. You will witness the entire cigar rolling process from start to finish. To top off this unique presentation, the cigar roller’s final product is an inspiring blend of Cuban seed, Dominican grown, long leaf filler, molded into various ring gauges and lengths of your choice.

Blini with Roquefort Aged Cheese & Cured Iberian Ham ( Black Iberian Pig From Southern Spain ). Paired with Four Roses

 

Course Two

Pressed Pork Belly with Shaved Brussels Sprouts, and Carmelized Onions. Paired with Old Rip Pappy Van Winkle 10 Years .

 

Course Three

Honey Poached Bosc Pear Salad with ​7 Organic Greens, Candied Pecans, Dried Cherries, and Gorgonzola Dressing. Paired with Elijah Craig  Toasted

 

Course Four

Smoked Gouda & Jalapeno Mac and Cheese. Paired with 2XO

 

Course Five

French Style Deviled Eggs with Petrossian Alverta White Sturgeon Caviar. Paired Basil Haydin Bourbon

 

Course Six

Seared Day-Boat Scallops with Fremented Chili Glaze. Paired with Angel's Envy

Roasted Berkshire Pork Tenderloin stuffed with Apples, Cornbread, Apricots and Double Smoked Bacon. Paired with Woodford Reserve Double Oak

Kobe Beef Brisket Slow Smoked with Oak Wood for 12 Hours. Paired with Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon.

 

Course Nine

Callebaut’s Finest Belgian White Chocolate Creme Brulee. Paired with Jack Daniels Single Barrel 

 

Course Ten

Madagascar Vanilla Crepes with a Peach Compote. Paired Old Elk.

Chef does private classes right in your own home. Chef keeps it simple, you buy the ingredients, and you get to cook right in your own home with the kitchen that you know.
